  • QuickPay DOES NOT WORK

    It’s like this app wants you to spend the fee with BillMatrix because EVERYTIME I try to set up QuickPay, it’s says “ Notice : UserID cannot be empty “. THERE IS NOT A SPOT FOR ME TO INPUT A USER ID!! I promise if Louisiana did not only have Entergy around my area I would not be with this company! Cannot wait until they have some competition, I will most definitely consider switching IMMEDIATELY!! This is aggravating!!! They do not care about the customers and cannot get to a real person when you call the number so just WOW!

  • Over charge

    If I could give negative stars I would. I had MULTIPLE problems with entergy! They have charged my account double twice now. And also they have charge me $40 twice for a return check charge for no reason. I have paid them and the money left my account. They are saying that I put in two payments on the same day! I would never. And now they refusing to refund the 80 dollars because “they can’t do that.”

  • Love the app!

    I think it’s wonderful, to have an app that will give you an estimate, of what your electric bill will cost, based on usage. Especially, helpful during hot summers and cold winters. No more surprises when the bill arrives!
  • Did not receive a “paperless” bill

    UPDATE: Entergy MS is a*%! We had one literal puff of strong wind and we’ve been in the dark for more than 2 hours. In this area, we’re accustomed to hurricane force winds WITHOUT losing power, but the last few thundershowers…lights go out IMMEDIATELY. The last time it took 6 hours to restore. This time they won’t give an estimated time for restoration. I mean…hurricane Ida…the lights didn’t even flicker but today, a 45 mph wind gust blew thru here and 1300 of us are sitting around looking crazy.

    UPDATE: I SURE WISH SOMEONE WOULD FIX THE FREAKING APP. I AM NOT RECEIVING A BILL! IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL YOUR OFFERING OF A PAPERLESS BILL, MINIMALLY, YOU COULD HAVE THE DECENCY TO MAIL CUSTOMERS A PAPER BILL. IT IS OUTRAGEOUS THAT YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER TO GO PAY A BILL FOR WHICH YOU’VE RECEIVED NO NOTICE. YOU JUST HAVE TO RANDOMLY SIGN INTO THE ACCOUNT AND SURPRISE!…THERE’S A BALANCE DUE. I’m signed up to receive paperless bills. I just realized that it’s been a while (more than a month) since I paid my last bill, so I signed into my account and sure enough, I have a balance. I received no notification of a bill, no billing statement…nothing. If you cannot guarantee paperless bills, you should not offer the option. The new upgraded hot pink app has been nothing but trouble.

  • URGENT

    I have been writing to you for months by email and via the web to solve a problem that I have since I pay $200 for electricity monthly and it seems ABSURD to me since I live in a 2-bedroom apt and there are no people in my house half the day! I find it absurd and disrespectful to pay $200 a month when we're not even there and I've been writing to you for months and you don't respond at all!

  • Where is my account?

    I know this is COVID CULTURE but no one still answers the phone. Ever. Also i get a text on my phone which would be great except I have 3 accounts so it automatically goes to the two other accounts that are on my account but are not even active. I always have to go off the app and go online to the website to pay. My app apparently will only allow two accounts to be linked at a time even if both are inactive. Theyadd account never works by putting my address in and says it can’t find that account even though I get text messages with this account and address. I wish they had tech help but no one is available or choose to answer the phones.

  • Entergy is a rip-off

    They just keep charging what I don’t use every month. They will say they’re sending someone to check my meter. I never see anyone comes in to check it. Also when I call to complain their representative always speak rudely, no customer etiquette at all from them. I don’t understand maybe that’s the way their trained. My experience with Entergy since have been with them is POOR!!! If there is different electricity in New Orleans I would have switch to them. Rude customer service, poor Entergy electricity charges. I am so frustrated with their service. Safe yourself stress, if you know any other company go with them.

  • Unusable

    “Notice: We we’re not able to process your request.”

    App is 100% unusable. Oddly enough, the mobile website is working just fine. This can only mean that the app itself is the issue since it’s most likely little more than the website being accessed by the app.

    Worthless.
  • The app is horrible

    This app is horrible when trying to pay the bill I actually have to go to the bill matrix site itself to pay my bill cuz the app keep loading the same screen & won’t let me pay but have no problems adding the bills up tho 🙄
  • Won’t load

    App hasn’t worked for weeks even with update.
