  • App is only good as the people writing the bill

    Entergy billing is the largest group of people that can’t help with any problem. 8 times the normal bill on one commercial account and no bill for the other commercial account for three months after a meter change and no one knows anything. The app works, but the billing needs someone that can rub two brain cells together and make a spark.

  • Terrible company. No care for customers.

    7/27 - Power shuts off at 3:30 pm, no reason, for the entirety of a whole town. Calico Rock is cut off from all civilization as we speak.

    Entergy knows this, states resolution by 6 pm. At 8 pm no one has arrived to service the area for THEIR equipment breakdown.

    Its 90 degrees at 8:00 pm, they’ve left an entire city worth of people sweltering in this heat for 4 hours and done nothing. Company keeps pushing out the time to fix. Heatstroke can set in as quickly as 15 minutes in 85 degree+ weather.

    These people do not care about their users or helping them at all. Don’t do business with them.

  • Kick Rocks Entergy!

    Very hard to put into words my disdain and hatred for this company, monopoly rather. Power was out for 4 days with NO OUTAGE because of their garbage customer service and worthless verification department NEVER contacting me. The app is useless. They charge you to use bill matrix when they could and SHOULD pay transaction fees for people paying for a utility that should be a human right in 2021.

  • One of the best apps I’ve ever seen.

    Very useful and easy. I am not a big fan of Entergy, but they did well with their app.

    After they changed the app, I had to sign up again and all my old accounts are deleted but this new does seem impressive.

    This apps great and all but Entergy as a whole deserves some serious recognition for simply being an excellent company.. I can’t think of single interaction with customer service that wasn’t above and beyond expectations, they are always nice, helpful, quick and informative.
    On the rare occasion I lose power, even in extreme conditions like today with the winter storm hammering NE Arkansas, I’m notified immediately and have power restored within the hour.. With all the political bull here lately I just wanted to say Thank Y’all, yal truly are under appreciated..

    Been using the app now for about 5 months. We report outages but the app says power is on in your area. Call customer service and they say same thing but still sitting with no electricity and no heat with it being 30 degrees out and power line down on ground and still telling us we have power. Useless app !

  • No confirmation #

    I find this app both helpful and easy to navigate. Information is easily accessible and bill pay is easy. I give it 3 stars because the app doesn’t seem to generate a confirmation # as proof of payment. I waited a month to see if an email confirming payment would be sent....it never happened. I will happily give a 5 star review when payment confirmations are generated on in-app payments

  • old version was better

    The app at least used to work like it should. Since they updated it, it would take me to like 3 different screens to be able to sign in & was beyond difficult & time wasting. Much easier to just sign in through the internet browser. App is pointless.
  • Entergy app

    When I first got the app I loved it. The daily usage part of the app stopped working 3 days ago and I can’t get it to work anymore. This was the feature I liked the most because I could keep up with my usage. I really hope this feature can be fixed.
