Unable to log in
Can't rate this more than 2 stars because I cannot log in. The credentials I enter are the same that I use on the website and it works fine there. The error message tells me to read the login help, which is nowhere to be found.j0shu4
Finally, thank GOD for this update.
The old web based version of this app was less than completely useless. Hopefully this native app system will make my time with Entergy as quick and out of the way as possible.Alexander3
No usage data! You advertise I can see my usage and then...
So they keep sending me notes to download the wonderful new app that will show me my usage. So I go to all the trouble of downloading, building a new user/password setup, etc. only to find that they lied...usage data is not available.
Please do not waste people’s time, Entergy. Tell them what the app will do and do not tell them it will do something if it will not.Show lessRon Crum
