Went into Uber like I always used to but it said the store was closed wouldn’t let me change locations so I downloaded Cold Stone App and I was able to get my ice cream. It was a fast delivery and BEST of all I was able to leave instructions of how I wanted my order and they were actually followed am very great full.Show lessOctubre003
Glitch/bad UI prevents order with app. But the ice cream is good.
I love Cold Stone’s ice cream. This 2 star rating is reflective of only their app, not the store or food.
However, if the main point of a Cold Stone app is to make online orders easier then this app fails to achieve it’s main goal. I am unable to made an order via the app because when I go to pay for the order by filling out my credit card info it gives me the error “invalid last name” and prevents me from ordering. This is rather confusing, because there is no visible “name” text field for me to enter a last name. I assume this is a glitch, but it is preventing me from ordering ice cream which is the point of the app.
Also, the text on certain buttons is like 1 point font.
The rest of the app is quite nice though.Show lessHeadgamerz

OH GEEZ I SURE CAN & DID! Got the app (yep, there’s one for that)! Signed up! (super easy)! Ordered our favorite we both always get (even easier to do)! All in LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!! HOW?? Because their app is sooooooo FANTASTICALLY user friendly, convenient to use and easy to navigate! Everything you need/want is shown. I even used my Cold Stone gift card and it worked like a charm!! (How often do you hear that?) After adding in a $4 tip, I had a ZERO BALANCE ON MY BILL. I absolutely couldn’t believe that my gift card actually worked on a website CORRECTLY!! Our ice cream was ordered, I tipped on the bill, paid in full with a gift card all on an app that I’d never seen nor used before in my life. And to add more accolades for Cold Stone, “tech” is NOT my thing!! But their ice cream surely is!!Show lessHedda01

The app has a section where it offers you the ability to order a custom cake online. But once you click on it, it brings you to the full menu and only gives you the choice of about 5 pre-made cakes.DuckieDuck17

I like Cold Stone but…
The app doesn’t work well for me. I try changing my email to my main email and it states “Invalid Access Token”. I’ve tried ordering for delivery and it says nobody is available to deliver my order. If I could delete my account I would but I can and I tried making a new one and I kept pressing the create button and it wouldn’t create the account and did not give me any error message as to why I could not create my account.Show lessRolioni

App doesn’t work, every time I enter all my credit card info and click submit it just shows an x and doesn’t load, tried multiple cards and tried doing this a few days ago and it didn’t work, didn’t have trouble before. Also they didn’t accept curbside even though it says they do on the app. Guess I won’t be getting ice cream today since they won’t take my money.Show lessed5111
App Changes Lication without Warning
I picked the closet location, chose to order for pickup, the at the top is Menu and previous. I picked previous and my last order so I would not have to pick everything again. The app changed my location to the location of the previous order with no warning or confirmation. .
