Already awful app now stuck in endless “need to update” loop
This app was already awful - buggy, unclear how to navigate and extremely limited functionality for time-sensitive issues. No one responds to messages sent in the app. Now the app is also stuck in an endless loop of “needing an update” splash screen when the app opens but then also I already have the most up to date version of it so it has become 100% unusable. This is par for the course for this terrible company. I’ve had to work with them for both my babies’ births and both have been nightmarish experiences from the minute I call them or open their website. The app is no exception. Furthermore, their employees are constantly confused about how to manage leaves in NYS between disability and NYSPFL. Update Required Now
I’ve never had a problem using this app until now I get a message that an update is required from the App Store before proceeding. There is NOT an update. Can someone please take a look at this????friendly1974
Update Required
In order to use the convenience of the app an update is required. When attempting to update, no update is available. Unfortunately for myself, there are time sensitive forms needed in order to verify eligibility in an upgraded insurance program and without the ability to download them directly onto the secure device on which I have access to internet/email, I may not end up with the coverage I am seeking. I’ve had issues with miscommunication with Unum before during/after emergency hospitalization so phone calls aren’t the way to handle issues. I rely on the in-writing options instead and without the app in working order, the product that I pay for monthly is difficult to access.Show lessDeMarcusLvr99
Update Required
Overall, I don’t have an issue with the app and it has worked fine until recently. A screen block stating that I need to update will not allow me to bypass the required update. Clicking the link to update the app through the App Store doesn’t work so now the app is just sitting on my phone completely useless.

App update
I went to open the app on my phone. It tells me to update to the new version. It takes me to the App Store and it doesn’t appear to be an updated version because when I open the app from the App Store it gives me the same message to update to the new version. I have to login from the website. What is the point of having an app if you can’t use it?Show lessliylahly
Where is the update????
This app worked just fine the last time I took a leave of absence. Now that I’m trying to file another one it keeps telling me I have to update. I literally can’t even sign in. When I try to update I’m sent to the App Store…. Where there is no update to be found, the only option I have is to open the app. Then when I open the app it tells me I need to update and the whole song and dance is repeated again.

Update Required
The App will no longer allow me to login and keeps returning a message that an update to the app is required and that there is a newer version in the App Store; however, there is NO newer version than what I have loaded on my phone!!! My phone reflects I have the most recent version and there is NO new app found with a different look/configuration than I already have!! I haven’t called the hid issue into Customer Service yet as I thought that the phones would probably be on overload with others calling in to report this issue!! Update required?
I’ve updated the app just now.. and still asks for an update.. what’s up with that?
The app doesn’t even open.. just shows a message “update require” which you touch and takes you to the App Store, no update available since it was already updated... developer please fix this issue. My device’s software is updated and I’m using an iPhone 13.Show lessChick!!!
Unable to update
I can not open my app, it tells me to update my version but there doesn’t appear to be an update. It continues to bump me to the App Store then back to the Home Screen message telling me to update, preventing me from being able to open the app.bike natze
Update required but no update
This app was fine until about a month ago. Now when I open the app it says I have to update before I can continue. The message states do to the App Store and update before I can continue. Well I went to the App Store but there is no update.Cinlg1977
