Frustrating
This app is so frustrating! If it’s not a login issue. It’s not available there’s always a problem. For people reporting intermediate hours it’s really a hassle, more when you’re filling unwell. Worst app I have ever used
I typed in my email address instead of my user name now it won’t let me change to the correct user name even after deleting the app and starting over, Turing off the computer and restarting reinstalling the app I still can’t change to the correct user name won’t give me an opportunity to title anything in to change it now have to wait till morning and call and be on the phone for an hours to get it right!!!!!! Coverages
I still can’t see any coverage info. I can’t even see the money amount you are basing my payouts on nor can I make any changes to coverage. Is it a secret? When I contact my employer they tell me to contact UNUM. 😡nuc_meltdown
Lackluster
Not only does the app not store your username/email address, you can’t even use your Face ID with it. Once you enter your information, it just takes you to an entirely different page , like regular website. Just weird and a waste of time. Why can’t I send a message to my claims adjuster through the app? A “contact us” button that leads to a phone number is kind of ridiculous in 2023.Show lessKDReese23
Just taking up space
The app doesn’t save my email address unlike every app in the known universe. Being disabled I rely on technology as my lifeline to the outside world. I would have to type in my email address or copy and paste. Then either copy or change my password. I have called several times but the Cape Town call center does not seem able to help.Show lessNHBubba
How does a company release an app like this?
The reviews are correct. This app is buggy, useless, and frustrating. Full of bugs and headaches. It’s amazing what some corporations will do to save money.

Technical difficulties
The app is always having technical difficulties and I have the same app on my phone and it’s the same thing please fix this as soon as possible because I’m not sure how I’m going to review or upload documents if it always keeps crashing. I go in through the website and I also have difficulties because I login and it doesn’t log me in.Show lessdivnaaaaaaa
Bad Communication
Why was the ability to type a message taken away? I should be able to type a message directly to Unum rather than having to call. It is much easier to communicate in writing rather than having to go through a phone tree.ChowderBaconman
Freezes
This app is not user friendly! It keeps freezing a few sections in and doesn’t reset or retain entries and you have to start all over. I’ve tried installing and reinstalling to no avail.Melissa44601
