R&R

Good program

Great App and varied workouts

Really enjoy this App and the different workouts- you can choose easy and hard exercises.
I only found that the Thai Chi walking exercises don’t change much from Beginners to Advanced. Same easy movements which are great but don’t seem to result in expected outcomes - while I have improved my flexibility I didn’t tone my body or lose weight.

Workout that’s FUN!

I’ve finally found a guided workout that’s FUN. I’ve tried others that either harmed me or were too boring. LazyFit actually has you do an assessment of limitations. It’s like having a personal trainer. Love LazyFit!
