Perfect pregnancy yoga app
This app is brilliant. I’ve had Down Dog before but not for a few years, but I am finding this invaluable during pregnancy, especially now I’m in my third trimester. I wake up aching every morning and look forward to doing a session because I know it will make me feel so much better. There’s lots of variety, even if you don’t change your options daily and being able to specify what you want to work on is so helpful. The time variations are great too to fit in as and when you can, and I find even a 15min session helps me. I honestly just wish I’d been able to start this earlier in my pregnancy. Highly recommend even if you weren’t a yoga user before pregnancy.

Pregnant and she’s not. This is a PRENATAL APP, why wouldn’t you have your person also be pregnant. Even if it’s just wearing a fake belly at least the movements will be replicated more easily and in a realistic way

I’m an over 200 hr trained yoga teacher, so I could lead my own classes, but I don’t. I love the options in DownDog. It is one of my few subscriptions! Definitely recommend!
