  • My card is apparently associated w someone else & I guess I gave them free money

    I ended up w this stupid dilemma bc the Atlanta Airport put me through so much crap I missed my flight. First, I couldn’t use my card for my luggage bc it had my dads name on it, so they made me go to this machine & get one of these stupid Global Cash cards. Well, after loading like $300-$400 on this card, it turns out I couldn’t use it either. It’s now almost 10 months later & still haven’t been able to use the card. I called them & they said the card number was associated with an entirely different person & account. So I guess I just gave some random people hundreds of dollars. 0/10 recommend :(

  • I’m sitting here mouth open

    Had I read the reviews before depositing three checks, I would have NOT done it. Sure enough - after waiting the 15 day processing time, I had to search for where the money was and it has been denied. No contact, no alert, no nothing. I was the one that had to go through my “history” to find out that nah- your last three paychecks didn’t pan out. Sorry about that.
    No point of contact to refer me to speak with anyone
    No direction to take except -“talk to your account issuer”
    I thought “thank God I didn’t write void on them yet”. Tried to submit them in my regular bank and they were denied for “already being presented for payment”. Hey, Wisely, if you don’t TAKE a payment presented, kindly and “wisley” “RELEASE” it so that a bank will honor it.
    My substitute teaching company uses this “Wisley” for direct deposits and I will do everything in my power to get that account taken from your “bank.” I’m honestly scared this kind of fraud is happening in plain sight. Another reminder to always read reviews! I’m at about a $500 loss right now-

  • They don't know what they're doing and it's too bad

    My last name was misspelled by the company I used to work for and I applied to wisely two or three months ago to have it changed and it still hasn't been received. It's a decent system. They don't know what they're doing and if you have a problem they can't fix it. I do not recommend. Their customer representatives are terrible, they don't know anything. I had a conversation with customer service after they got back to me and it's still the same. They say they can't help me and that I should call them. However, I sent my passport and they had not said that before. I definitely do not recommend this app. They don't even know what they're doing. They haven't corrected my last name for months even though it's wrong. I'm going to delete this app because it's really just garbage. It's like they just sit down and open an app at home

  • DO NOT DO IT

    I am so over this bank. 2 days after my first deposit, my account was locked. I called and they had no explanation as to why this happened, but asked me to upload my social security card and ID. I did it immediately. It was such a hassle that I switched my direct deposit to a different account. The issue was resolved and I used the money on the card with no further issue.

    Now, about two weeks later, I went to login to my account to see how much money was left on there and I was considering switching mg direct deposit back. MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED AGAIN!!

    I am over this bank. Locked two times in two weeks with zero explanation. I am sick of having to call these people to gain access to my hard-earned money. I am calling in the morning to close my account.

  • Trash Customer Service

    The customer service agents are from other countries and they practice empathy, good listening skills, and are rude. I called about a deposit not being transferred from my plain card to my personalized card and the agent told me it was included in a lump payment that transferred. I asked for him to hold why I verified, the agent , thanked me for calling and hung up. If these apps are going to outsource to third world countries, they can at least make sure they train them in proper etiquette. It’s not enough that we English speaking g customers have to deal with the language barrier, but rudeness as well?? I’ll just transfer my account to my main bank.

  • Good, but …

    I need upgrade my card for deposit my money, for that purpose I called to the support office, and they in many opportunities told that just I need press the upgrade button, but that button doesn’t exist in the app, can you check that problem, your support staff told me that is a common issue, I don’t know in what moment I will be able to deposit my money without that button, I was trying for one week, I already sent all my documents for that, the only thing that I need is that button

  • Horrible

    Really hope you guys never have to a dispute a charge with them, really hope you guys never loose a card & have to get a replacement with them, just got hung up on. I was pulling money out of the atm and didn’t pull it out quick enough, sucked it back inside of the atm said to contact my bank. Dispute team is saying up to 45 days now, first guy I talked to did not say it clear enough sounded like 4-5 days. Aggregated over this situation I was hung up on with a fake “hello” like she couldn’t hear me. When I lost my card that had every dollar of my money on it, there was no way to access my money until the new card came, even when I found my old card. They’ve just put me horrible situations multiple times, I am not a complainer, they just really got me good multiple times now. I should of learned from the first time to stop dealing with these people

  • No access to your own money

    If you ever have to report your card lost or stolen beware you will have no access to your money whatsoever in any way shape or form for 7 to 10 days. If you call customer support they give you no answers. However one customer support representative offered to overnight me a new card after I had already waited entire week so I said sure. The next day a card came in the mail I went to activate it no activation possible the card is already canceled because she overnighted me a new card then they charge my account $35 and I still have no access to my money totally unacceptable I have bills do I have things that need to be paid for and they have my money locked up with no way for me to get to it as soon as I get my new card and I’m able to withdraw I will be withdrawing all of my money closing my account immediately.

  • Horrible mostly lie about what you can use the card on

    Don't bother trying to use PayPal don't bother trying to make payments with this card of any type or form if you transfer money to your bank expect it to take 2 to 8 business days. I got this through my work and it has cost me 120+ dollars in fees and hassle and I try to use it to buy stuff Then decline we don't allow this card good luck finding someone that you can understand their English also horrible horrible has screwed me over cost me nothing but stress and agony for weeks while I'm trying to get this straightened out with my company that I work for

  • Literally the most useless card ive ever had

    First of all customer service is useless, on top of the fact that ive been trying to get the card verified to use for apple pay for the past TWO MONTHS. They charge you a $25 fee for depositing checks. They dont allow you to transfer money instantly to apple pay it actually takes two business days regardless if thats what you selected. It takes two weeks for money to be refunded to your account when you return something. Cant use it at all gas stations. Dont get it stay away from this complete piece of junk youre going to drive yourself crazy.
