  • Scam app

    No indication anywhere that’s visible (because the app is so badly designed you can’t see anything) that you are signing up for a subscription, and then they take money out, with no email confirmation of any of this.

    There’s also nowhere to click to cancel a subscription on the app, only to renew so I can’t cancel the thing I never signed up for. Won’t be emailing them directly after seeing some of the horrendous reviews on here so just submitted a fraud report to my bank and cancelled my card. Would suggest doing the same for everyone else in the same position.

  • Don’t fall for the 99c sign up

    An absolute waste of time. I sent through a questionnaire thinking that for the 99c I’d at least get access to some kind of benefit. They force you to download the app AFTER you’ve paid, then ask you more questions. Suddenly there’s more money to pay to get anything. This is deceptively misleading. I have cancelled my PayPal subscription with them to avoid the $35 monthly fee, but I have no idea how to now cancel my account. Any bill charges will bounce. Sneaky & disappointing. They state that 0.9% of people don’t regret paying the 99c, this is an absolute lie. I will report this app
    for illegal & misleading practices.

  • Poor execution

    After downloading the app and purchasing the individual options for assessments for $0.99 USD they then take another $55USD out! This was after I closed the account (which is hard to do- it’s not obvious where to go) and I’ve uninstalled the app. So, how and why has money come out?? Where do I go to talk to someone?! This isn’t at all obvious and readily available. Think about the exit plan too!

    I want my $55 back please! I didn’t agree to that.

    The idea seems good at the time to download an app to help with fashion but maybe it’s best for someone who has little fashion sense and money to burn.

  • Tricky Subscription involved

    As soon as I realized there was a subscription involved, I promptly canceled it. I’m not sure what happened, but I was still charged. I initially paid for two or three items during my first purchase, but I never agreed to a subscription. I’m uncomfortable with the way my card details were used without my consent. I kindly request a refund, as I did not intend to use your service. Moreover, I find the app to be quite confusing, and the fact that I was charged for something I didn’t understand feels deceptive. It’s essential to address this issue promptly.

  • Confusing

    I clicked on an ad that asked a bunch of questions that led down a hole when I gave them a $1 and downloaded an ap and committed to an appt. I then deleted my account and the ap as I was only trying to learn about an advertised work clothes delivery service. They also kept encouraging upsells. This company would be terrible for vulnerable or easily influenced people

  • Terrible

    I purchase the app on a trial basis. As soon as App downloaded, it was stuck on one page, the page to book in with the stylist. Due to this I was unable to get a customer service email or contact anyone. Therefore I was not able to cancel the trial and they then took the money from my account. I get this is due to a technical issue but it gets worse.
    After getting onto the app a few days later I did get customer service and emailed them on two occasions. I stated there must have been a technical issue and I would like my money back as I couldn’t even cancel the trial. I received two replies and I replied with the informant they asked for to locate my purchases. I has been 6 days and I have heard nothing from them. They have my information and can’t do the decent thing. I will warn all do not touch this app - it’s not reliable and they are happy to take your money and not communicate with you!

  • Waste of money

    First off the ad brings you through this long questionnaire which makes you think you are getting something personalized. Once you agree to several screens you get into the app and you have a session with a stylist. This stylist will basically type one response every few minutes so the conversation gets drawn out. Then they give you outfits that either are not in your size or not available in your country. I live in the Us…they kept giving me UK links which would then not be available in the US. Then she would give me another outfit in which the clothing was not available in my size. It was super frustrating. Basically after an hour and a half of this, the only thing I could actually buy was a tshirt from Walmart! Walmart!!!! I ended up paying almost a hundred dollars for these personalized guides which weren’t personalized they were just a general color and fit guide. I also got charged for a month the day before the email they sent me said they would. Btw..I guess there is a three day trial which actually is two days…BEWARE! I also emailed support and did not receive anything back. Overall very dissatisfied. I ended up with a very expensive recommendation to go to Walmart to shop for a Tshirt. 🙄 Stay away!!!

  • Terrible app and “product”

    If I could give this leas than 1 star I would. After answering a bunch of questions to get a “style guide,” you then find out it costs 99 cents. Well, okay, but then you have to download the app and them they want you to pay even more money for more “guides,” which I did not. Then you’re forced to schedule a stylist session to get to the guide you already paid for. Then you finally get to the style guide which is garbage and tells you nothing any girl who’s ever played with a Barbie doll doesn’t already know. And “Color Me Beautiful,” really??!! We all found out that was crap in the 80’s. Unbelievable! And the app is crap! I now see other reviews talking about a subscription or something (wish I had read these before). I’d better not get charged for anything in the future as I dis not sign up for anything. Really, please don’t waste your time or money on this.

  • This company is running a subscription scam

    The website and information is genuine and pretty standard
    You go through their Facebook book lead magnet and are charged an insignificant amount for the results of the survey though this charge isn’t mentioned till the end
    You are then given no option but to proceed to download and set up an account
    Again no notification of the subscription no mention of subscription

    They then 24 hours later take out a subscription amount probably in the hope you won’t notice

    But they do not make your aware
    (Unless you read their small print)
    that you are signing up for a 24 hour free trial after which they will start taking a subscription unless you stop them immediately

    This may not actually be fraud but it is definitely very bad practice

    The company may be genuine but I will not deal with a company that does business in this way

  • My bank warned my of a scam

    A few minutes after I paid that 0.99 USD dollar subscription, my bank warn me of a fraudulent move attempted on my card. That is because they put you on a 34$ monthly subscription without telling you. I immediately cancelled the subscription and deleted the app. I still lost that 0.99 usd. This app is dangerous and sneaky. Be careful.
