Every time I go to my app I have to key in my email address and password every time and I have the login Face ID activated I’m sick of it.klintjordan
Can’t even use the app
I made an account on the actual website and it doesn’t even let me log into the app, says I need to register, I try to register again and it says I can’t because my email needs to be verified which it already is because I can log into the website fine with no issue. Pointless app.dvmionxdelahoya

Overall not bad
So for what I use the app for, the app seems to be good.
The only thing that I hate, is that even with having the Face ID on, I still have to use my password every time! The old version was exactly the same way. Please fix that!dhirsch33
Terrible
The app barely works. You can’t talk to an actual person without going through multiple steps. When you do get a human they don’t know what they’re doing and are uselessmustang8450
App needs to be fixed
This app needs to be revamped. Even with the new updated version, I still have problems uploading documents. The FaceID doesn’t work at all. Every time I check the absences, the app kicks me off and closes.Pimp Daddy Slim

Leave hours
Unable to find available leave hours since the update, useful if you have intermittent leave. App seams overdone in some ways used to be easy to navigate, not anymore.Blc2023
Bad interface can't upload docs
Unfortunately, despite a previous reviewer posting the flaw that the new app won't upload docs (errorr message only), the developers haven't updated the app!
The upload screen has no link to identify the "category" of the doc to be uploaded. Absent that note, the app will not "recognize" the document.

Can’t report absence on app
It says pick type of absence - doesn’t provide a choice therefore I can’t report an absence. Also app won’t allow it to use my saved password I have to type it every time. Then I end up on desktop so I can submit an absence.FingerlakesNY
