Terrible - Can’t Log In
Terrible - can’t log in ever, it says that my login is incorrect and I’ve went through multiple cycles of changing my password and it still won’t allow me to use the app months later.Munne1234
This app is garbage
This app constantly experiences technical difficulties, doesn’t log in, shuts down all the time, plus I can’t even use the app to start a report of absence because it only allows you to do 24 hours at a time for a leave I already have opened, what garbage.Duh hd
Upload does not work; no Face ID
Upload documents feature does not work. No quick login using Face ID etc. This app is not user friendly and is very difficult to navigate. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.Mt24
Constantly crashing
The app constantly crashes while I’m trying to review my documents and see what else I might need for my work. I have to resort to using the my phones browser to get my work done. It doesn’t feel like the website has all of the resources I need.Bevisx
Looks good, login is annoying
Both versions of this app fail to store login information. The previous version never worked with Face ID this one worked for a month. At least on the previous version you could just enter a saved password and email, this one makes you type out the email then you can use saved password. Reinstalled multiple times, can’t get it to work.Show lessmps15

Won’t recognize Face ID or Touch ID
The current version and the previous versions don’t recognize the user preferences to log in using Face ID and Touch ID. Despite having them turned on, I have to enter my email address and password…..every time! That’s very frustrating! Please fix this!!AmbAnalyst
Login issues
Neither the Face ID nor the Touch ID appear to work, even though the toggle switch is on. It doesn’t even remember you User ID, so you have to type it in every time. Very annoying.P13AB
