User reviews

Way too glitchy

This app didn’t work at all, wish I could rate it a zero. Whenever I clicked on anything the app would crash. Literally unusable, save your money.

Worth the $5

I spent the last of my money to buy this app, to give it a chance. It has been so immensely helpful for me to keep track of my healing and recovery. I am able to customize all of the metrics and add new ones. I would recommend to anybody who has not found the other DBT apps helpful

Reached out to support multiple times about a bug

I can’t graph my targets.

Buggy

DBT is fantastic. When sending updates to the therapist the scroll window to suggest which days to send comes up blank. It seems no one is fixing bugs. The automated send feature doesn’t work

App not functional

This app may not be optimized for the newer iOS. Opening the app causes it to crash. If you get past the opening stage, anything you click will cause it to crash. Completely unusable after 2025, unfortunately.
