Jim is an app that’s very easy to use. It’s very simple.

Everything is AI and they don’t answer questions. They just relay it allegedly to a supervisor, then AI automatically closes your chat session due to inactivity. I have been on the same issue for 4 days and nothing.
Works when it wants to
It works well, but when you have service in a busy area, it lags and sometimes just doesn’t wanna work unless you close all your other apps out it’s kind of finicky

Charging percentage
I don’t agree with the percentage to charge transaction and the service fee to transfer to bank.
