Ok
App is good
Great app, but family profiles need better options for integration
Tiimo has been genuinely helpful for my own planning, and I appreciate how clean, focused, and easy it is to use. I also like that I can create multiple profiles for different family members. However, one feature that’s missing for me is a way for those profiles to be connected without being merged.
Right now, each profile is completely separate, so if I want to know what’s on my son’s schedule, I have to switch profiles. I’d love an option to layer other profiles’ events onto my own calendar while keeping them visually distinct.
Some ideas that would make this incredibly useful:
* Show other people’s events in a muted or grayed-out style (or with thinner event blocks) so they’re visible for awareness but don’t compete with my own schedule.
* Let users toggle which family members’ schedules appear.
* Allow a custom color for each person’s events so they’re easy to recognize at a glance.
* Keep ownership separate- the events would only be visible in my timeline, not something I can complete or manage. This would simply help me stay aware of my family’s day.
I’d also love a simple daily meal planning section. It doesn’t need recipes or nutrition tracking- just a small text field for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that’s tied to each day, and ideally could be shared across connected family profiles.
Tiimo is already a great app, and these kinds of family-awareness features would make it much more useful for households. I’d love to see this direction in the future.

Love it!
It is so simple and adaptable to all platforms!
Not useful if you have ADHD
App assumes that all of the tasks I have listed will be completed that day. It won't let me schedule them for a later day. And it autostarts tasks and marks them completed whether I've completed them or not. Useless for ADHD
Don’t bother
Really difficult to get on with and navigate, end up doing most of it myself
