Non functioning
Will not let me login from my mobile device, also will not let me link my business bank info to the app. If this can be fixed I will upgrade to a better review.

I wish QuickBooks would be clear on its payments and allow me to pay the fees to reopen my get it now options
My favorite feature still not working :(
For a couple of months now, snap receipts will appear to link to transactions, but the link will disappear and not save once the page is exited. The receipt will go back to saying “unlinked” right after. I have reported the issue with no response, and it’s making tracking my expenses this tax quarter very stressful :( Please fix this issue!

Buggy and not intuitive to use
Keep finding bugs, milage tracking works sometimes but not others, the snap expense thing fails to upload most of the time and when i try and turn a bill into an expense it errors. iPad app hides the done/save buttons at the bottom behind the KB and sometimes will not let you click. The only reason I’m staying is i only paid £12 for the year which is reasonable and will try and stick it out, but not impressed at all. It needs a much more intuitive design. Now I’ve turned CIS on I cannot use the app, can’t do my invoices or even see them. I like to do my invoice before I leave site, but now with cis enabled I can’t and have to wait to get home when I probably forget things. Absolute load of rubbish! Do better! And now everytime I try and go into the app it says I’m not licensed to use it, even though I am!

NEVER WORKS
Ive had it with this app. It NEVER works. Ive tried deleting it and reinstalling. Ive updated it multiple times. Every single day its something. It freezes, it takes forever to load, balances don’t updates, It rejects edits. Useless. How is anyone supposed to run a business out on the field like this. So frustrating.
