Allows you to subscribe but not cancel
You have to email them to turn off auto renew or to cancel. There’s no way to do it in the app. They auto replied with instructions for a menu that no longer exists to unsubscribe. I’ve clicked into every option and there is NO WAY to unsubscribe yourself. It does not appear in the Apple settings under subscriptions. I am totally at their mercy at this point to not get a huge annual charge following a trial I cannot cancel myself.
