DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE
NOCD is the most disgusting, evil, and terrible app for OCD that exists. They put out a mainstream ad essentially claiming that health anxiety is a key defining feature of OCD, which is not at all the case for very many. This can warp professional opinions of patients with OCD, potentially harming thousands of innocent people. Furthermore, people without an understanding of OCD, such as your friends or people that you know, are going to invalidate all of your health troubles, if you actually have them, because of harmful ads like this. People with OCD are not necessarily likely to be hysterical, hypochondriacs, or to have ‘health anxiety’, the modern term for saying someone is a self absorbed idiot who is not grounded in reality. It is only somewhat vaguely connected.

Unbelievably dissatisfied
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Scheduled my intake call TWICE and no one ever called me. I called their customer service line twice. First one said “no one is in, I’ll take a message.” ?? Second one said that it must be my “service provider.” I have spam calls UNFILTERED. I have unknown callers allowed to make calls. I set EVERY SINGLE POSSIBLE SETTING to ensure this went through so I could finally get the help I very clearly need. I was offered no solution, no alternative, no help. Short of being told I was annoying them, I was dismissed beyond belief. And for a company that targets people with OCD? Predatory. Instead, it’s T-Mobile’s fault!! What a joke.
