The Support I didn’t know I needed
Reframe is so much more than I imagined. I discussed it with my personal trainer & he said that the programme sits so comfortably between AA & sobriety & I agree with that. I didn’t consider myself an alcoholic & had periods of clear control but then under stress I would revert & drink too much. Discovering the science behind why I drink was a massive moment. Setting goals that would be monitored another because I’m very competitive & will always want to better them. Knowing you were part of a much bigger whole gave huge comfort. The replacement therapy directed me logically into healthier options. The blogs resonated & the analysis was completely on point. I have already recommended the program to two friends because it has made such a difference in my life & left me feeling in control in the moment of now. Amazing.

Actually works
Quitting is something that’s easy to decide in your mind, but actually following through with the expectation your mind alone can sustain that to do the work, is wishful thinking. This framework on the app makes each day simple and motivating to actually track and work towards goals without overcomplicating things. It worked for me and I’m forever grateful of that.

Amazing App!
Whether you are looking to cut back or quit alcohol altogether this is the app for you. What I find most helpful are the daily tasks, the forum and especially all of the daily meetings that I can attend. I feel supported and loved! I thank God for my new Reframer family! 🙏
